Suggested launch order

Keep the workflow templates ready, but sequence launch should follow the mailbox warmup and approval path.

  1. Finish mailbox warmup review.

    Confirm the two Citadel Workplace Banking mailboxes are active, healthy, and ready for client-facing sends.

  2. Clone each workflow template.

    Use clones for edits so the original templates remain available as references.

  3. Set Citadel-specific guardrails.

    Confirm persona filters, record caps, sequence selection, mailbox rotation, ownership, and credit expectations.

  4. Launch one workflow at a time.

    Start with the lowest-risk workflow, review run history, then expand once Citadel sees expected behavior.
